You pay for management seats: the people who administer, approve and publish. Everyone else signs in, reads and follows processes without taking one.
The base price already includes seats
This is not per-seat pricing. Each plan covers a number of management seats in its base price, and you only pay for seats added beyond that number, up to the plan's ceiling.

The prices on this page exclude tax. The tax that applies in your country is calculated and added during checkout, so the total you pay is higher than the price shown here.
For example, at a 19% VAT rate the Team plan goes from $120 to $142.80 per month.
Paddle is the merchant of record
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles taxes and refunds. Your purchase contract is with Paddle, not with Allaynce.
Atlas does not issue its own invoices: the valid receipt is Paddle's. Your invoices live in the Paddle portal, linked from the billing screen inside Atlas.
