Refund Policy
Last updated:
1. Who executes the refund
Atlas Guidance subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. Paddle therefore processes and returns the amount, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
This policy sets out when Allaynce approves a refund request. Carrying out the payment is Paddle's part and is also subject to Paddle's own terms.
2. Window
A refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of the date of the charge.
After that window the amount for the current period is not refundable, without prejudice to the customer cancelling to prevent the next renewal.
3. What can be refunded
A subscription charge — first purchase or renewal — within the 14-day window.
Charges for additional management seats follow the same rule and the same window as the charge they accompany.
The Free plan produces no charge and therefore gives rise to no refund.
4. How to request one
Write to [email protected] from an address associated with the organization, stating the organization name and the date of the charge.
You may also raise the request directly with Paddle from the receipt you were sent at purchase.
We reply stating whether the request is approved. Once approved, the time to see the money back depends on the payment method and the issuing bank.
5. Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the period already paid for.
A refund returns an amount already charged and must be requested within the window above.
6. Exceptions
Allaynce may decline a request where there is abusive use of the service or of this policy, or where the charge falls outside the stated window.
None of the above limits any rights the customer may have under mandatory rules of its jurisdiction.
